The chef, Tomasz Mierzwa, who trained in the best European restaurants, takes care of every ingredient of the dish, and his cuisine is lively, changeable and dynamic. The menu of the Pod Różą restaurant includes oysters and Baltic sea trout, cauliflower with black garlic and beef with black chanterelles and horseradish. The side dishes include pickled gooseberries, black truffle and sea buckthorn. For sweet dishes, the chef recommends fig with pistachio and ricotta and brownie with quince.
